-About Me-

    Firstly, my name is Darren and I have been teaching full time since I graduated from Wheaton college in 2000 with a Bachelor's in music.  I studied classical guitar while at Wheaton but my main focus has always been on my unique style of playing acoustic instrumentals.  In 2003 I won 2nd place in the instrumental competition in the annual Seminar in The Rockies. While in school I also earned 2nd in the schools annual talent show.  I enjoy both teaching and playing the electric as well, as it has been a larger part of my focus the past few years.
